Please create an issue here:
https://jira.apache.org/jira/projects/MENFORCER/issues/MENFORCER-267?filter=allopenissues

then format the pull request title like [MENFORCER-XXX] -This is the title.....,
where you replace MENFORCER-XXX with the appropriate JIRA issue. Best practice
is to use the JIRA issue title in the pull request title and in the first line of the
commit message

for example:
[MENFORCER-xxx] Improve output in case of "Some plugins are missing valid versions" error

Essentially just follow the list of checkboxes in the PR

Remember to fix the System.lineSeparator() issue as @khmarbaise and @Tibor17 are requesting.
The change would still trivial, I think you won't need to submit a full iCLA for this (please @khmarbaise / @Tibor17 chime in if this not true).
